Feature story for Stuart Weitzman interviewing real women telling us their emotional connection with their handbags and everyday items inside of them. A woman's handbag is, in many ways, like a diary; the keeper of her secrets. In fact, in many ways, it's an extension of who she is.
My process for design was to focus on each women’s relationship with the items and how they would be displayed. The concept was to take elements from old botanical and medical illustrations while still keeping it elevated for a luxury client. All of this was accompanied with custom type that mimicked that same feeling.
